Prove it, then build it, then grow it.
Most software fails because nobody wanted it, not because it was badly made. So our process starts with the question and ends with the customer.
Test the idea
Before any code, we run a short test with go and stop criteria written down in advance. An idea that fails here costs days, not months.
Build the smallest useful version
One complete path through the product that does the job for a real person. Scope grows only after that path works.
Charge for it
Payment is part of the test. Someone paying tells you more than someone saying they would, so billing arrives early.
Distribute it
Once people pay, we put the effort into reaching more of them: store listings, search, content and the channels the audience already uses.
How the work gets checked
One small team works every layer because we build with AI agents under strict engineering rules. A person sets the direction and makes the calls. Agents write the code, and a different model reviews it.
- Every task is written down with its acceptance criteria before work starts
- Whoever builds a change doesn’t review or merge it
- Nothing is called done without evidence: tests, a build and a check in the running product
- Every hard lesson goes into a runbook, so it only has to be learned once
